Money Saving Hacks to Make Your Day Brighter
Sami Womack from A Sunny Side Up Life joined the podcast to share her debt free journey of $450,000. Her story is one that you do not want to miss. She is a blogger, podcaster, motivational speaker and the sunshine you need in your day.
Her passion is inspiring women to live abundant lives through budgeting, intentional living, and positive thinking.
Sami is very transparent and honest on the show and talks about living beyond her means, past due on property taxes, and how she decided to stop living this way and really go after her dream with her high school sweetheart.
One thing we talked about was being intentional and he she can describe that. She said it is similar to a diet or a wellness plan. A crash diet is short-term and seldom yields results. Now a wellness plan is long-term and focus on making sure you feel better, and get results. If you want to be intentional in your living that is where everything comes together. That means home, money, goals, relationships, become one and all of that spills over into every part of your life and has this major ripple effect.
Besides living intentionally we need to make sure we are in control of our money. If not it will run us. It is the leading cause of divorce, it will cause stress and depression and will really cause us to take the wrong steps under pressure.
Sami is busy mom that can record a podcast episode at midnight and can still bring joy to others on her busy schedule. Besides being a leader in the financial freedom space she is also a Savings Hacker. All savings links are at the bottom of the page.
